This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call. This Court by an order passed on 09.12.2016 has directed the petitioners to implead the informant as an opposite party, but till today that order has not yet been complied and in the meantime six years have elapsed. Therefore, this Court reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner or not. 3.

In view of the above facts, it seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.
