None appears for the Petitioner on repeated calls. 3.

As it seems from the contents of the Writ Petition, being aggrieved by the Order of transfer dated 01.06.2018, as at Annexure-5, the Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition on 04.06.2018 on the ground that he has only six months to retire and has already served in KBK District for more than five years.

Though an Interim Order was passed on 08.06.2018 directing to maintain status quo as on the said date, as it seems, by efflux of time this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 6.
