Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 449 of 2019, Choudwar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned JMFC(R), Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/423/465/467/471/506/120-B of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations which are based on the documentary evidence and that the petitioner is a lady, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper .

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
