This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.44 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C.-cum-Grama-Nayalaya, arising out of Ragunathpur P.S. Case No.46 of 2022, under Sections 409/294/506 of IPC and is in custody since 06.04.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur by order dated 19.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and that the petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2022, this Court directs the
petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter.

Additionally it is directed that petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once in every week till the submission of the final form.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
