This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 259 of 2022, arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Nayagarh for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/293/323/34 of the I.P.C read with Section 4 D.P. Act. 4.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The
Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
