Heard Mr. Arijeet Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. Mr. Arijeet Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing criminal proceeding and F.I.R. on the ground of compromise between the petitioners and informant in C.T. Case No.250 of 2021 arising out of Rairangpur Town P.S. Case No.44 of 2021 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Rairangpur. As the said compromise did not materialize, he wants to withdraw this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. To that effect, he files a memo. The same be kept on record.
Considering the prayer made and in view of the memo filed, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn.
// 2 // The interim order dated 06.09.2021 passed in I.A. No.685 of 2021 staying further proceeding in C.T. Case No.250 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Rairangpur is vacated. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned S.D.J.M., Rairangpur.
