1. The matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual /physical mode).

2. Heard Mr.S.D. Das, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners and Mr.Manoj Kumar Mishra, Senior Advocate for Opposite Party Nos.15 and 17.

3. During the pendency of the present writ petition, the final civil list has been approved by the Full Court of the High Court of Orissa on its administrative side and the same has subsequently been published.

4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving the right of the aggrieved persons, if any, to seek appropriate remedies, if so advised, in accordance with law.

5. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
