1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner being present submits that since six years, he is not in contact with the Petitioner.

2. Having regard to the fact that no interim order has been passed and one of the witness has been examined, there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive indefinitely and accordingly the CRLMC is dismissed.
