Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 258 of 2017, arising out of Rajkanika P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Aul for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/148/341/294/323/454/427/395/506/149 of the I.P.C read with Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that vide order dated 24.07.2017 passed in ABLAPL No. 10936 of 2017, this Court has directed for release of the co-accused persons. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that as the petitioner is similarly circumstanced, she is entitled to be released on Anticipatory Bail.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, in view of this Order passed by this Court and consider that the present petitioner is a lady, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
