This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.
Petitioner is the widow of Banamali Dhala of Panikoili in the district of Jajpur availed tractor loan from UCO Bank, Barabati Branch, Dharmasala in the district of Jajpur. 3.
Since the amount taken as loan for tractor could not be repaid as agreed to, the Opposite Party- Bank issued notice recalling an amount of Rs.11,41,693/- as on 31st March, 2014. 4.
The Opposite Party/Bank by issue of subsequent notices instructed the Petitioner to avail opportunity to settle the account in the Mega Lok Adalat. In spite of the above notices, instead of availing the opportunity the Petitioner approached this Court invoking provisions of Article 226/227 of the Constitution.

When the Matter is taken up today Mr. B.B. Swain, counsel for the Bank submitted that the loan account has since been closed. After loan amount being paid as settled, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
