Mr. P.P.Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that the corrigendum has been issued for withdrawal of the EMD amount.

In that view of the matter, the 2nd prayer of the petitioner has been allowed. That apart, the period of tender has also been extended to 1st June, 2022.
