This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:

"It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased:- 1) To admit the Writ Application;

2) To direct the opp. parties more particularly Member, Board of Revenue and Land Reforms Commissioner, Odisha, Cuttack to cause an enquiry by calling for trhe records of both Sabik and Hal R.O.R. in reference to Hal Khata No.152, both hand written and computer generated Govt. Khata No.481 and 482 with their prescribed record of right under Sabik R.O.R. for comparison with view to prepare a report so as to enable the petitioner to correct the R.O.R. And to further direct that present investment of Govt. money over the disputed land may kindly be stalled.

And may pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

And for which act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
