1.This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit this the case call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ in nature of mandamus/certiorari and/or any other/further writ/direction quashing the order dated 20.04.2022 passed by the Opp.Party No.4 i.e. B.D.O,Bandhugaon under Annexure-1 qua the petitioner".

It is submitted that the Opposite Party No.4 has no authority to pass the order dated 20.04.2022 under Annexure-1, so far as it relates to the Petitioner. 5.

Considering the submissions made by Mr. Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner the petitioner is permitted to make an application before the Collector, Koraput-Opposite Party No.2 within a period of seven days ventilating his grievances.

It is observed that if such an application is made within the aforesaid time, the said authority shall take a lawful decision on the same within a period of (15) fifteen days. Till a decision is taken by the Collector, the operation of the order at Annexure-1 so far as relates to the Petitioner shall not be given effect to.
