1. The Court is not inclined at this stage to interfere with the order taking cognizance. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is prepared to tender a written apology to the Complainant. As and when he is able to tender such apology, it will be open to the Petitioner to move the Trial Court for appropriate orders.
2. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
3. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
