Since, the petitioner is in custody from 9th of February, 2021, while this Court is not inclined to entertain this BLAPL. This Court calls upon the learned Court in seisin of the matter to make an endeavour for expeditious trial. It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court at a later stage, if so advised. 4.
