This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Bonth P.S. Case No.55 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.796 of 2021 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak running for the alleged commission of offence under section-379/411 of the IPC, have filed this application under section-438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record; I am not inclined to entertain this application for prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 29.04.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
