1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. B.N. Samantaray, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. R.C. Sahoo, learned counsel for insurer - Respondent No.2.
3. There is delay of 483 days in preferring the appeal. The grounds mentioned in the petition are not found satisfactory and reveals casual approach of the Appellant. Accordingly this court is not inclined to condone the limitation.
4. The prayer for condoning the delay is rejected.
5. Resultantly, the appeal is dismissed on the ground of limitation.
6. In view of dismissal of the appeal no order requires to be passed in the pending Misc. Cases./ I.A.
