This matter is taken up by hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in Vigilance (Cuttack Division) P.S. Case No.83 of 2012 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.83 of 2012 pending in the court of the learned Special Vigilance Judge (I), Cuttack, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that he shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Violation of the above terms and conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
