This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kabisuryanagar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 54 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Kabisuryanagar, Ganjam for commission of offence under Sections 376(2)(n) /294/ 341/323/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Perused the 164 Cr. P.C. statement and medical examination report.

Taking into account that the Charge-sheet has been filed in the meanwhile, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
