This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a) Direct the Opp. Parties No.3 to demarcate Plot No.1030/1559 under Khatian No.391/68, MaujaTelipal-1, Tehsil- Nilgiri as per the application dated 04.04.2022 within a stipulated time;

b) Pass any order or further orders as deem fit and proper as per the circumstances of the case." 3.

In view of the communication No.2864 dated 31st July, 2021 made by the Public Information Officer, office of the Tahasildar, Nilgiri under Annexure-4, Mr. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail appropriate remedy.
