1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the opposite parties to release his arrear salary and other dues with effect from 01.05.1989 to 21.12.1990 as per the Orissa Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 1989 along with TBA benefits with effect from 01.01.1996 as per Orissa Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 1990 and ACP benefits with effect from 01.01.2006, RACP benefits with effect from 06.02.2013 and MSP benefits with effect from 2006 as per Orissa Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation to the opposite party Nos.1- Principal Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and 2Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 31.03.2022. But the same is still pending before them.

5. In such view of the matter, the authorities i.e. the opposite party Nos.1- Principal Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and 2- Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of forty-five days from the date of presentation/ submission of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
