This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. U.C. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.

On oral prayer, Mr. Patnaik is permitted to correct the description of opposite party No.2 in the cause title in Court today.

According to Mr. Pattnaik, the petitioner has filed Revision Case No.17 of 2021 which is presently pending before the Court of Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.2). In that revision, though the petitioner has filed an interlocutory application on 16.07.2021 however, till date no order has been passed on the same. Accordingly, he prays that a direction be issued to the opposite party No.2 to dispose of the said interlocutory application within a specific time period. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional District

// 2 // Magistrate, Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.2) to make all efforts to dispose of the above noted interlocutory application in accordance with law within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties or their advocates and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
