Heard the submissions of learned counsel for the parties. 2.

The dispute involves attempt of the Public Authority for eviction of the petitioner only through mike announcement for the law opposing such attempt, this Court in disposing of the writ petition observes that provided there is no encroachment proceeding initiated involving the petitioner and decided against him, there cannot be any eviction involving the petitioner without following due process of law.
