None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 21.10.2022. The petitioner by way of this application has sought for his release on bail in connection with commission of offence U/Ss. 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of N.D.P,.S. Act for allegedly possessing 296 Kgs. of contraband Ganja. 3.

In the above facts and circumstances, especially when no one had appeared to move the bail application today and on last date, it presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the bail application.

Hence, the BLAPL is dismissed.
