Considering the submission made by Mr. Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the R.P. No.482 of 2021 before the Competent Authority and there is no major defect in R.P. No.482 of 2021, the same shall be entertained and the R.P. No.482 of 2021 shall be taken up for fresh admission within a period of one week thereafter.
