This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to provide new connection of power supply to the Flat No.78 over Plot No.1028 under Khata No. 397 situated in mouza Kuanrmunda under Panposh Tahasil in the district of Sundargarh. 3.
The Sub-Divisional Officer, TPWODL, Electrical SubDivision, Kuarmunda-Opposite Party No.3 has filed an affidavit stating that along with the application for new power connection, the Petitioner did not submit any land documents. Hence, vide Letter No.57/2022-23 dated 4th June, 2022, the Petitioner has been intimated to produce the documents with regard to his ownership/occupation etc. The Petitioner has not yet submitted the same.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the Petitioner complies with the deficiencies in his application for power supply as intimated to him vide letter dated 4th June, 2022 as per Annexure-A/3 within a period of two weeks hence and produces a certified copy of this order, the Sub-
// 2 // Divisional Officer, TPWODL, Electrical Sub-Division, Kuarmunda-Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to consider the same within a period of four weeks therefrom and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner forthwith. If the Petitioner is entitled to power connection, the same shall be provided within the aforesaid period.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
