1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 02.09.2022 passed in W.P. (C) No. 11843 of 2022.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

4. It is submitted that the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 02.09.2022. While disposing the said petition the Hon'ble Court directed the Opposite Party No.4- Block Education Officer, Pipli, Puri to take decision on the representation filed by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks. But inadvertently, owing to typographical error, the word

// 2 // "Opposite Party No.4" has been wrongly typed as "Opposite Party No.3."

5. In view of such submissions, the sentence as mentioned in Para-4 of the order dated 02.09.2022 i.e., "...directing the Opposite Party No.4- Block Education Officer, Pipli, Puri to take decision on the presentation filed by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks", be deleted and replaced with the modified sentence i.e., "directing the Opposite Party No.3- District Education Officer, Puri to take decision on the representation filed by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks". Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

6. With the aforesaid modification the I.A. is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
