01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:
" Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue RULE NISI, calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) order(s) be not issued to the Opposite Parties directing the Opposite Parties to regularize the Petitioners in their posts in accordance to the General Administrative Department's Resolution dated 03.03.2021 under Annexure-10 or in accordance with any other law for the time being in force;
And/or pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice. And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make individual representations before the Opp. Party No. 1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.
5. It is observed that if such representations are filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representations. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
