This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 23.09.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the learned courts below shall apply the principle of parity while considering the bail application of Petitioner No.1 in G.R.Case and P.S.Case mentioned in the order dated 23.09.2022.

In view of the modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner No.1 to surrender as per order dated 23.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five

// 2 // hundred) by the Petitioner No.1 in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
