2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) to direct the Opp. Party No.1 and 3 to sanction the final pension with revision, gratuity and unutilized leave salary to the petitioner with interest thereon within a time stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court".

It is submitted by Mr. Bisoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in spite of the order passed by the Opposite Party No.1 on 27.10.2021 in exonerating the petitioner from the charges, but till date the Petitioner has not been sanctioned with the retirement benefits and even the pension paper has not been forwarded to the Accountant General, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

Taking into account the grounds taken in the Petition and the order passed under Annexure-3, this
// 2 // writ petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opposite Party No.1 to process the pension paper of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. The opposite parties are further directed to sanction and disburse all the retirement benefit as due and admissible within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the pension paper. 6.
