This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Baselisahi P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Puri for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 386/427/506/34 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dated 27.04.2022 in ABLAPL No.1648 of 2022 in respect of co-accused namely Sujit Mahanty @ Sana who prima facie appears to be similarly circumstanced, , this Court directs that on surrendering, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
