Considering that there is already an adjudication of the dispute of the Petitioner, this Court finds, in disposal of W.P.(C) No.4742/2017, this Court finds, there is no further scope for adjudication entering into the complain herein. 3.

It is at this stage of matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition to pursue the Contempt remedy.

The Writ Petition stands permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
