Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 933 of 2022, arising out of NTPC P.S. Case No. 73 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Talcher for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 498A of the I.P.C. 4.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law.

Taking into account the nature of the allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and
conditions as deemed just and proper and in view of this order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
