"2. None appears for the Appellant when the matter is called out.
3. It appears from the Registry's note dated 30.08.2022 that Registry observed that the fresh step for service is required to be taken, but no such step has been taken as yet.
4. In the meanwhile, 7 years have been lost.
5. Let the matter be listed on 16.09.2022.
6. In the meanwhile, the appellant shall take the required steps else on the next date, we will be persuaded to pass an order for non-prosecution."

Even today, there is no representation for the Appellant. Even no steps have been taken as directed. Hence, we have been left with no other alternative, but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. According, it is ordered. 5.
