Heard Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.R. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the selection of opposite party no.4 for the award of the work "Mud Settling Washing and Associated Facilities Package" vide Annexure-3 and issue direction to the opposite parties to accept its Technical Bid.

Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure2 is still pending, therefore, direction may be issued to dispose of the same within a stipulated time. 5.

Mr. P.R. Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties contended that the grievance of the petitioner

has already been considered by the Independent External Alok/Puspa Monitor (I.E.M.). Therefore, nothing remains to be considered at this stage, so far as Annexure-2 is concerned. He handed over a copy of the order issued by I.E.M. to Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today. 6.

In view of such submission, since the grievance of the petitioner has been considered and the result thereof has been communicated to the petitioner, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed. 7.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
