This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Soro P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 390 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Soro for commission of offence under Sections 323/341/294/354-B/ 307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application for anticipatory bail, so far as Petitioner Nos.1 and 4 are concerned.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application in respect Petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 is dismissed as not pressed. 6.
So far petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, taking into account the nature of the allegations and considering that the petitioners 2 and 3 are ladies, this Court directs that on
surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, they shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 07.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
