Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.246 of 2020, on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Boudh, arising out of Boudh P.S. Case No.103 of 2020, under Sections 506/451/470/493/376(2)(1) of IPC and is in custody since 05.12.2021.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Boudh by order dated 16.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and considering the tenor of the same and taking into account the

submission of charge sheet filed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
