This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard leaned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted that petitioner had applied for engagement as Anganwadi Worker of Suanbahal Anganwadi Centre under the administrative control of C.D.P.O. Belpara Opposite Party No.6. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has applied in the prescribed format enclosing all the relevant documents including the Residence Certificate, acting in an arbitrary manner she has been left out of the zone of the consideration.

It is seen that ventilating her grievance petitioner had made a representation to the B.D.O. and endorsing a copy thereof to the Tahasildar and the C.D.P.O. Such representation was received on 06.05.2022 as is evident from the endorsement made on the body of such representation.

Taking into account the limited nature of the grievance, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 A.D.M. Bolangir to look into the grievance of the petitioner after calling for record from the concerned C.D.P.O. and take a decision within four weeks from the date of filing of an independent representation before the A.D.M., if such representation is filed within a period of ten days from today the A.D.M. shall do well to look into the grievance after giving a notice to all the affected parties and dispose of the grievance petition within a further period of two weeks.

Till the disposal of the grievance petition by the ADM Opposite Party No.3, there shall be no appointment to the post of Anganwadi Worker of Suanbahal Anganwadi Centre in terms of the advertisement under Annexure-2.

If the petitioner does not make a representation to the ADM within the time stipulated as above this order shall stands recalled. 8.

Since the matter has been disposed of at the stage of admission, it shall be open to the Opposite Parties 7 to 16 to seek variance.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. 10.
