Mr. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate states that the officer concerned vide his letter dated 29.09.2022 addressed to the Office of Advocate General has intimated that the representation of the petitioner which was required to be considered has actually been examined and rejected. He thus submits that the directions passed by this Court on 09.01.2020

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that nothing more survives in the present contempt.
