CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
8.7.2022 01.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
Order No.
2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleges that there has been unnecessary disturbing the Petitioner by the competent authority threatening eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed land. 3.
On perusal of the Record, this Court finds from Annexure-2 series that the very same Petitioner is facing eviction proceedings; one in the year 2003 and then a recent one in the year 2021. In disposal of all the eviction proceedings, there has been determining the Petitioner to be Encroacher not only that the Petitioner has also deposited the fine imposed on him on such determination. In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no truth behind the allegation. The Writ Petition is not entertainable and thus stands
// 2 // dismissed. The Petitioner, if so advised, may approach under appropriate law.
