Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Puruna Bazar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 821 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhadrak for commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/354/427/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
