Heard Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the nature of order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in C.P. No. 33 of 2020 contending that since the petitioner has already reinstated in service, if the petitioner has any other grievance, he is at liberty to pursue the legal remedies before the appropriate forum, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
