Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 525 of 2022, arising out of Madhupatna P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned JMFC(City), Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 323/294/506/420/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking note of the civil litigation pending inter se between the parties, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
