Order dated 04.11.2022 is modified to the extent of indicating in paragraph-4 in place of "Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar" the words "Executive Magistrate-cum-Addl. D.C.P., Bhubaneswar" and further in the cause title in place of "OWSSD" appearing against opposite party No.4, the word "MD, WATCO" be indicated.
