The secured creditor is seeking a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Khordha (Opposite Party No.2) and Inspector-in-Charge, Sadar P.S., Khordha (Opposite Party No.3) for implementing the order dated 8th October, 2021 passed by the District Magistrate, Khordha upon an application under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 moved by the petitioner-secured creditor.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been duly intimated about the time fixed for delivering the actual physical possession of the secured asset, he thus concedes that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
