1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Secs.376-D/448/294/506/354-A/34, I.P.C. and Sec.4 of the POCSO Act.

2. Heard Mr. H.P. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Ms. S. Mishra, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. Having heard both the parties, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail differing from earlier order of this Court dated 27.01.2020 passed in BLAPL No.59 of 2020. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

4. The BLAPL is dismissed.
