This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 955 of 2022, arising out of Bhadrak Town P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Bhadrak for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 436/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners that in the alleged act no one has suffered any injury, this Court directs that on surrendering, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.
While releasing the petitioners on bail the learned Court below shall verify the assertion that no one suffered any injury in
the alleged Act U/s. 436 of I.P.C. In the event it comes to the fore that any injury has been caused, this order shall stand recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court. 6.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
