This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 1079 of 2022, arising out of Jharsuguda P.S. Case No. 85 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 417/376(2)(n)/294/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the recitals in the Case Diary which prima facie established that the allegations are against the principal accused one Karunakar Sohela, who is not petitioner before this Court, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be

released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
