1. The present petition by the State challenges an order dated 24th June, 2013 passed by the Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal disposing of the cross appeals of the Department and the Assessee by remanding the matter to the ACST for a fresh determination in accordance with law.

2. The impugned order merely being one of remand, the Court does not find any substantial question of law arising therefrom, which requires to be examined in the present revision petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
