1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner despite opportunity being afforded on several occasions.

2. By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the cognizance order dated 1st July 2015 as well as the entire proceeding relating to Bhadrak Town P.S.Case no.161 of 2015 corresponding to G.R.Case No.932 of 2015 pending before the learned S.D.J.M, Bhadrak.

3. Having regard to the nature of the case and the fact that the Petitioner is not pursuing the matter despite opportunity being afforded, it clearly suggest the Petitioner is no more interested to pursue the case. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
